Do I need an appointment?

We will never turn down a walk-in guest, however, we strongly encourage scheduled appointments. We want to provide the best possible service to all our guests. Scheduled appointments ensure a stylist is working with you from start to finish and providing the best customer service possible. For this reason, we do strongly suggest appointments for all services.

What type of formalwear do you carry?

We carry everything bridal!  Gowns, veils, accessories, and shoes. We also carry a large selection of bridesmaid's dresses, mother of the bride or groom dresses, and flower girl dresses. We also carry prom and formal attire year-round. We also offer tuxedo rentals or purchases.

Are alternations an additional cost? Do you offer the alterations in house?

Yes, alterations are an additional charge. Nearly every dress requires a hem and additional tailoring to achieve the perfect fit. Alteration prices will differ from person to person.  We do not do in house alterations; however, we use a referred tailor located right on Shrewsbury Street.

Do you have a return policy?

All purchases, layaways and 24-hour hold deposits are final sale. No cancellations or changes can be made once payment is received.
